DOUBLE STOREY EXTENSION

This was not a standard build construction due to the close proximity of underground sewage. We were asked to build the structure in timber work while creating a steel shell, which was infilled with timber. One of the objectives was to achieve more light in the loft space and the kitchen/diner; this was achieved with some Velux windows and glass partitions in the loft room. A new brick cladding system was also installed, giving the affect of continuous brickwork following on from the existing.

SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION & RE-MODEL

We had the pleasure of transforming a dated 1960s house into a modern and practical home.
Working closely with the client we were able to add character to the house that complemented the client's taste. Although a modest rear extension was added, the extensive internal re-modelling certainly kept the team busy; from removing chimney breasts to load-bearing walls, opening up the space to create a larger kitchen/diner, as well as more finer details such as a decorative oak shelving unit. 

COMPLETE RENOVATION WITH EXTENSIONS

A substantial project comprising of a single storey rear extension and double storey side extension. Here we made every effort to lose the huge 8 metre long RSJ in the ceiling to create a beautiful, seamless kitchen/diner. We worked with some premium materials from natural stone to solid oak and golden cedar cladding.

SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION & LOFT CONVERSION

This was a 1930s house that needed a lot of TLC! The property had great potential in which we added a loft conversion generating an extra bedroom and en-suite, as well as an extension that formed a large kitchen/diner.
